GOP defense bill bars Pentagon from enacting Biden’s climate orders

Unfortunately the Republican party has added a provision in the House’s fiscal defense policy for 2024 that will not allow the Pentagon to go along with President Biden’s seven climate change initiatives. Why is this such a big deal? It’s a big deal because the United State’s Defense Department is the world’s largest institution to consume fossil fuels.
